Are you dosing vodka to reduce high levels of nitrate or to inhance coral growth (meaning you have low levels of nitrate)?

In terms of time there isn't any timetable. Some people see results in a few days and others it takes months. If you decide to stop any waste removal that was being accomplished would stop and your levels of nitrates and phosphates would rise.
