Cleaning titanium tube heaters

I bought a few used titanium tube heaters.

Can they be cleaned by dilute HCl and disinfected by bleach?

Would HCl or bleach hurt the titanium?

I would just soak in vinegar for several hours or overnight. Works for me.

I have always used muriatic acid, wear gloves, don't breath the fumes and rinse it off thoroughly. It works really fast too.

None of the above mentioned methods will hurt the titanium metal. I don't what sort of seals are on the end but undiluted bleach can be hard on some seal compounds.
