I sent in a pump with a couple issues and today I was getting ready to call and check status as it has been about a week and before I got around to call Fed Ex showed up with my pump. I shipped it to you UPS ground from California and got it back in a little over a week do to your quick turn around and shipping. I was a little sceptical when I was originaly asked to send in pictures of the pumps wet side as I would rather not repair myself, and I asked if I could just send it in. A note also is I broke one of the legs off the pin spacer not lining it up propper and expected a bill as it was my fault, Thank you for what looks and works like a brand new pump!
I want to thank you for Great Service, I have two MP 40, 1 MP 20, 1 MP 10 and 2 Batery Backups and will continue to use Vortech Pumps!
