So my RBTA decided to squeeze itself into the holes in my marco rock. I'm sure its foot is in the rock itself and the tentacles are coming out of other holes, since the rock is very pourous. is there any way to get it out? its in a place where its near impossible to feed it.

Here are two choices:
A. Leave it alone and it will probably work itself out in due time.
B. Get a masonary drillbit and drill holes around the anemone then pry out the piece it's attached to and relocate it. Done this many times myself with nems and corals.

Yea I wouldn't want to risk hitting the anemone with the drill bit! Id just leave it alone

id surround that rock with some other rock. if it is shaded it will move to a more desirable spot.
