Glue

I was visiting some friends in WPB over the weekend; they had some cats over and said they use Arlene’s Jewelry and Metal Glue, bought at a local fabric store for fragging. The reason they stated was that it is thicker and last longer then what we normal use. Has anyone had any experience with this type of glue??
