I really don't know what I'm gonna do with this thing. I don't want to get rid of it but hes just about out of room in my 24g nano!

Frag it. or better yet, send it to me and I'll put it in my 220

I'll even pay part of the shipping cost...

Just go in there with a razor blade and cut it out, or even a steak knife. Thats what I did (razor blade) to mine that was about 14" across. Then what ever was left on the rock I cut off and the little that was left either died or healed over and started growing. But they were easy to just pull off with tweezers or something. I wouldn't inject it with anything, because if it dies it will crash your tank.

I was kidding about the injection... I've been thinking about upgrading to a bigger tank so I guess I need to do it already.

Wow, what a guy! "Part" of the shipping cost for a free coral!

You could make 15 frags out of that and sell or trade them to local reefers.

your clown hasn't tried to host that monster?

How big was it when you first had it and how long did it take to get where it's at now?

I was waiting for someone to mention clowns hosting in one. Mine does:

I grew it from a 2" diameter frag that was bought in 2006. Its now approaching 14".

The OP should just send it along (whole) to someone who can let it continue growing. There are too many frags in this hobby already... we need more colonies!!! (that can then be fragged :D :D :D)
