View Full Version : Can anyone ID this Nudibranch?? PICS!!

Found this little guy on a Squamosa clam shell, moving around pretty quickly. Size is about 4-5mm or so in size. Pics tell all, any idea which Nudibranch it is, and if it is good or bad??

almost looks like a berghia, tough to tell though.

Looks a bit like a berghia, but also a montipora eating nudi.

yep, that explains some of what I thought was RTN on a cap colony...got it out and nabbed about 6 of these little suckers.....only 1 other monti colony in the tank, so who knows. They sure are small!! Saw my CBB nipping at the underside of a purple cap colony...wonder if he was eating them!

Bet he was munchin on them. Get a 4 line wrasse.

yeah, 6 line wrasse in there kept them in check I think...the tissue loss was sporatic and not too fast...so the six-line must've been working on them too.....it's always something in this hobby!!!

berghia have a lot more tufts... i'd say unless that one was beat up a lot and lot them he ain't a berghia
