i want to start dosing vodka my water prams are all good except my nitrates they are off the chart at like 60 - 80 so i think me starting to dose vodka will help but my question is my phospates are zero also am i doing somthing wrong 0 phospates but realy high nitrates ? will vodka help me

Organic carbon dosing may be a fine plan, yes.

Did you use any method of reducing phosphate?

OK, I'm not sure why only nitrate is elevated, and it may just be kit error in one or both measurements, but organic carbon dosing is a reasonable thing to try. :)
