Dumb question time: How do you open Prodibio vials?

I had bought the "start up kit" a few months ago. Now that the 180 is up and running and at 1.025 I was going to add the bacteria to get things going.

I'm just not clear as to how to open the glass vials. What do you guys do, crush the ends with pliers? :confused:

I love it when products comes with such clear instructions!

Hi, if you go to the web site they have video dems of the products that include crushing both ends to empty the liquid. They appear to be using a rubber tip made to fit the ends. Good luck.

Your Suppose to open em?......I have been throwing mine in the sump each week ......I thought they dissolve like a suppository
