I have these bubbles spreading over my tank, they are filled with air and occasionally float to the surface, can anyone give me some insight or anyone had this before? hopefully these photos work...

i should also add that this is a new tank and i currentl have no fish in it yet, just finished cycling in the last week, the brown stuff in the last photo i believe to be diatoms, even though in the photo they look reddish

the bubbles are just oxygen being produced from the algae from photosynthesis. once the water parameters clear up and the algae start to dissipate the bubbles will go with it.

looks more like cyano than dino's. Normal for a new tank, and should clear up with time, as long as you're patient with adding livestock.
