New Nano JBJ 28g Has Arrived - Couple ?'s

I just got my New JBJ 28g HQI Nano in the mail!!!
I am going to be setting it up this week and have a few questions!
This came with a protein skimmer, How many of you use that???
It also has the 3 stage filtration - Do you use that???
And lastly it came with the ocean pulse wavemaker for the pumps,
Do you use that??? Ive never had a wavemaker, Good or bad? whats your advice!!?

What type of protein skimmer, from everything I've read most nano skimmers are really crappy with the exception of only a few (Tunze).

+1 for the Wavemaker, I wish I had one

Its just the skimmer that came with the JBJ 28g Nano

As for the Wavemaker - What am I supposed to set it to?? I am all new to those!:rollface:
