Hello,

I hate to be a complainer since I have to deal with people just like this sometimes, but.. it costs me $350+ for one pump and it doesn't work anymore. The warranty is only good for 1 year and it's just 3 days past the warranty date.

Am I still able to get this fixed or is it going to cost me $80+? I have my serial number and sales receipt printed out. It was bought on Feb 4th/2009.

The driver (blue device) just changes colors and then everything stops and loses power. The pump may work for 1 minute or 20.. but then the blue device switches green to red to green (something like that) and it all quits.

Do I need a RMA to return it or can I just mail it in?

Since you're only 3 days past your warranty we can take care of you so long as it's not water damage. You'll have to send the pump in to us in the US and we'll go from there:

It was shipped today. You should have it by Friday or Saturday.
