I turn everything off every other day for a moment to feed some of my corals. My question is will this wear the filter and PH out, unplugging and plugging back in so often?

Does your filter have a flow option? I just turn my filter on low when I feed. Turning off the powerhead once every other day shouldn't have a huge effect on its lifespan.

I don't think it has a low flow option--It's a marineland HOB. And I don't prime it everytime--It just starts sucking in water and away it goes, is that bad?

It won't have any affect on your PH, so long as you don't leave it off for days at a time.
As for your lifespan it shouldn't be a huge deterrent either. Regular maintenance, and aka cleaning it is 100 times more important and will have a much larger affect on lifespan.

Oh, it's a HOB. Just make sure to prime it each time. But powering it off and on is fine.

By prime you mean scoop some water into it, right?
