sms 122 Milwaukee PH Controller

My sms 122 Milwaukee controller adapter 12vdc seems like it's not working. I plug the co2 regulator into the controller but it doesn't turn on. I went back to the store, looked at 3 other new sms 122, but when I plugged all those in, none of those controller adapter doesn't seem to turn on either when I connect any electrical devices. So, for now, I just plug the regulator w/o the controller and run my calcium reactor/co2.

Anyone know how this adapter works?

you dont have something hooked up correctly if you cant get multiple controllers to work, when you turn the setting know do you here a click and see a red light come on on the controller ?

do you mean the ad adapter isnt working? does the screen show the ph?

also what is it set at? the controller has a relay that will switch on and off.

I have the same problem with mine, i connect the ac adapter and the screen shows nothing, no ph number or anything like i didn't connected the ac adapter.
I know it's been some time since you posted this but I m hoping you can help me.
