Are 150w DE HQI the same size as the 250w bulb

I have a couple 250w Giesmann Nova II fixtures laying around that I was thinking of using for a planted tank that I'm setting up. One of the ballasts went bad and I never liked the amount of noise these lights produced so I was thinking of buying a couple of 150w ballasts and reusing these fixtures. My question is, can I use the 250w bulb holder or would I need to order some specific to a 150w bulb? Thanks

150 uses smaller sized sockets.

easy to change out tho.

Where can you get the size sockets? I think I'm having the same problem.
