Got a few ?'s....
Got some Joe's Juice. Can I do this with the lights out? I don't have gloves right now, anything harmful to watch out for? Anything other helpful experiences feel free to tell. It's my first time, I'm sure I'll be squirting everywhere...

Why cant you do it with the lights on? That would make it much easier so you can see what you are doing, you are going to need better aim than you may think (also, I'm not sure but the aiptasia might actually be closed up in the dark making it very difficult to properly apply the juice). And you said you are probably going to be squirting it everywhere, I know that might have just been a joke, but make sure you dont actually squirt it everywhere ;)

I can, light cycles over with for today, and I didn't want to turn them on manually. (Unsure if it would cause any harm/confusion/stress to inhabitants) I can wait for day time, I've just been putting it off/waiting for medicine to arrive for a while. They're getting HUGE!

Just a thought, but how big can they get?

I treated them today with Joe's Juice. What's with the fiberglass stuff in it that kept clogging? Anyway, here is one I treated, it retracted as soon as I squirted it, but seems like it worked. I am worried though as I have a stringy cobweb stuff floating around. Do I take this out or leave it?

I haven't seen a web like that with Joe's Juice. It might just be some calcium hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide paste. It came from the syringe? Strange.

the fiberglass particles where while I was trying to suck up some Joes Juice. Should I limit the amount I try to kill in a day?

The pictures are about 4 hours after treating

Yes, I'd kill only a few a day. Joe's Juice can spike the pH, and rotting Aiptasia can be an issue, too. How big is the tank?

The tank is a 65, didn't use much maybe 0.5-1ml total.

I think that'll be fine.
