i wanna put this one decoration in my nano tank but im really not sure what is safe to put into saltwater...
maybe im being overcareful..if that's even possible. -_-
it's kinda random but i have a vision ...:D
i just wanna know if you guys will know if it's safe or not...
it's meant for a FW tank buuuut..im kinda hoping. =x

will probably get covered in algae pretty quickly.......but it should be OK.
would be interested in seeing pictures of your vision :O)

What is it made out of? That is liekly going to let us know if it is safe or not.

it *SHOULD* be safe since its for fishtanks, but as the above poster said, need to know what its made of. All the stuff a reef tank needs might breakdown or otherwise react and cause nasties to leak into your water or worse.

Did you put the figure into the tank?
What were your results?

I have thought about recreating the lost city of Atlantis but again am concerned about long term effects.

My castle and skull are for FW. I've had them for 2 1/2 yrs :)

I had always thought it would be neat to put a sunken ship or ancient statues figurine to look like a ancient city.

I saw your post in the other thead and that made me revisit my ideas of possibly doing something like your tank.

By the way incase you couldn't tell I really think your tank looks awsome :)
