I am perfectly happy with a pair of false percs. Love the basic orange and white coloring. Just because it is on the rare side doesn't mean that the fish is a beauty and worthy of a DT. IMHO.

I think these fish are B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L.If I had $599.99 that fish would be in my tank!Im am working on getting some but I think I would rather live in my home than pay for that fish! But well just see what I do.......

I think they are ugly. I would like to see what would happen if no one knew the story, and they were put on the web for 5.99, instead of 599.99. I bet they wouldnt sell that many, or maybe to cycle your tank because they are a good deal.

I think they're beautiful, and I want a pair someday. But the price will have to come way down first (and in the meantime, so will the price on the Solana XL 60 cube that I would like to house them). :p

I wouldn't give 59.99 for a pair. To each his own though. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I would not spend that much on a fish. I have two Percs, they only cost $50

hahahaha you guys are hilarious and apparantly you werent around when that fishes parents went up on DD a few months back. they were priced at $5,999.99 that is right five thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollars and ninety nine cents. they sold after a week or 2 i believe.

also this is the second fish from those parents that ive seen up for sale on DD so im betting they will be putting one up every few weeks because they do sell if not for the sake that they are the rarest of the rare pretty much especially since they are the first tank bred of their kind. i would also bet every cent i earn for the rest of my life that DD has 3-4+ batches of fry, from that pair they sold, sitting in their tanks just waiting their turn to be grown out and sold

Does there really have to be one of these threads every time LiveAquaria puts up a McCulloch's on DD?

There are tons of redundant threads here...just count the number of "how much light do I need for a BTA" or "how do I pair my clownfish" or "can I keep a carpet in my nano" threads that pop up in the space of a few weeks. :D
