mp40w loud?

I purchased a mp40w a couple days ago and i love it all but the whining sound in short pulse.As i'm been doing research i see some have said bad bearing?others have said theirs is quite as can be.my question is when is the best time to contact ecotech so they can hear the noise over the phone because i tried to do a video to capture the sound so i could upload it but it doesn't do the whining sound justice.I can hear it in the room at night when it's on night mode.please help ecotech.

In short pulse you will always have the most noise as the pulsing is pretty much the loudest of all of the modes.
