frag tank setup

hello,
I was thinkin of useing an old 55gal. tank for a frag tank and I was woundering what i needed to set this up. I have 2 ballast for 4x 54w T5HO do you guys think this would be enough light if I built diff. levels in the tank.

so your thinking of going with 8x54w T5HO over the 55g? i think that would be more than enough lighting for that tank infact with good reflectors i dont think youd be able to fit that many bulbs over it even lol.
