this guy came up for grabs from a local source. guy has owned him almost 3 years and raised him since a juvi.

the most amazing colours i have ever seen!

however hes never been around corals.......

would him bein raised in a lack of coral environment be a good thing or when he gets to my tank will he go nuts?

my 4" majestic is being removed in a day or 2 due to being a bad boy with my 100 dollar open brains!

Depending on how much you are paying for it I would possibly have to go for it. ESP if your getting a deal. That fish is a beauty.

i gotta get him an emperor juvi tommorow and 50 bucks.
i know of 3 stores carrying emp juv's and there in the 100 dollar range. so roughly this guy will cost me 150 canadian.

Dang it's beautiful! Give it a shot. Whether this helps you or not, I'M willing to bet you'll know by day two if it's gonna start nippin.

That guy is stunning, but I would take into consideration how hard/easy it would be for me to get rid of it if it started being a nuisance. Also, how fast I could sell it. Even if you could double your money, if it turns out to be a coral wrecking ball, you lose more than you gain.

I'd almost see if he'd trade straight up for the Juvi Emperor? I doubt he'd get that good of a trade dealing with the LFS Either way that's a beauty of a angel.

Man Angels are beautiful. It is cruel that we have to decide between corals or angels. I know some guys keep them with corals but I think they are the exception rather then the rule. Getting them back out of the tank is such a PIA. Good luck whatever you choose.

looks like a wrecking ball to me.

That said, only one way to find out.

Your very brave or don't have very expensive and rare corals :)

Having a fish like that swimming around in your reef, its worth sacrificing a few corals.
