My New Emperor Angel (Pics inside)

So this was my Valentines Day Present Yay Me. Hes doing really good so far & loves to eat. My wife got me him & I got her a Flame angel which is doing well also but wont let me get a good pic of him. This guy is a camera hog though. Sorry about the crappy pics they were taken with my phone.

I just got one too, a couple days ago. Love her, eats out of my hand! now at far along as your though, just turning white on top, no yellow yet. i can't wait, very excited! Congrats!

Does anyone know how to tell the sex of the fish? The wife & I were talking about that last night. I couldnt pass this 1 up, as far as emperors go this is my favorite stage when the begin changing. Im not super crazy about the juvinile colors. Im gonna try to document the color change process. This is my first large angel. Ive always been a little nervous about getting 1. This will def be my last fish for quite some time if all goes as planned.

If it is sexually mature it is female.

I'm assuming since it's still in the changing process it's not sexually mature yet.

Thanks for all the compliments & kind words. All I want to do now is sit back, watch my fish, & sip on a nice stout drink. He is all over the tank just cruising around looking for grub. My love for the hobby has def been rekindled.
