I was wondering what anyone experience is with the Tonga nassarius snails. They are supposed to be bigger than the other types of nassarius snails. Just wondering how well they function for cleanup and if they cause any problems, etc.

I use all sizes from super small to the very large Tonga - no issues with any of them - they stay in the sand and keep it super clean.

Will they eat live worms, etc. in your sandbed?? That wouldn't be beneficial.

No.

They pretty much just keep to themselves under the sand until the tank is fed or something dies. If conditions are right, they'll end up laying eggs on the glass, providing the whole tank with a treat.

IMHO they are the perfect clean up crew - they don't bother anything and they leave everyone alone. Much better than hermits which spend their days aggravating the snails!
