i need some help !!!!! cleaning glass

i have a jbj 12g nano i believe from the sand blowing around and settling i have white residue on the inside glass that doesn't come off with the supplied cleaner ??

did you wipe it with a papertowel? if its from the sand it should come off pretty easy

when i had that stuff on the sides of my BC i used my hand i dont see why a magfloat wouldnt work? you may have to make a couple passes if its a smaller one

What is the " supplied cleaner"? Try a old credit card! They are great tools for cleaning algae off the glass.

i got it i had to pull out the scraper i believe it was build up from adding crystal ph buffer

If you have glass just use a blade. It will take anything off with out any problems.
