Now that ozone can be generated by UV, DIY ozonizer is rather easy.
If you use metal pipe and drill and weld on the small nozzles, it should last a long time with renewal of the bulb, which is the expensive part. If you don't weld, you can even use reducers and plumbing parts.
All you will need for the main body is a metal pipe, two nozzles, a cap, and a compression fitting.
