What would you guys do to light a 33L frag tank? I was thinking 2 54W, maybe retros? I know very little about lighting. Would this be sufficient?

I would post what your budget is for lighting. PC lights could be an option, or a T5 setup. Do you have a hood already? Would you be building a hood for the retro?

Cheaper the better :)
I was thinking about building two upside down U (but with right angles) shape things to hold the retro since I cannot hang from the ceiling. I want to have as much air movement over the tank as possible.
I was thinking T5 since they're more efficient
The tank is 4' x 1' x 1'
