starfish dead?!?!?!?!

i believe i have a fromia (elegant) starfish and it used to be on the glass all the time. i went out this afternoon came back home and saw it on the sand is not moving.. but how do i know if is dead for sure?? :(

Turn it over, and after an hour or so, if it tries to right itself, or if you see the tube feet moving, it is still alive.
