Been in the hobby for almost 10 years, but this new tank will have my first sump. I have a 75 gallon tank for display and a 40 breeder below it. I have a glass-holes 700 kit and two 1/2 in returns. My return pump is a Mag 7. All I need now is the plumbing, but I'm not sure where to get it or if I should hard plumb it or use vinyl tubing. There is a 1/2 inch lip around the tank so hard plumbing would have to avoid this. The overflow is middle left and the returns are both 5 inches from center. This makes it almost straight up and down from the overflow to the first chamber and the return section to the returns. I've been working on this project for a long time and am aware how important this step is, but i'm looking for the easiest and cheapest way to finish this tank. Thanks guys.

Also the sump is set up so that the return pump needs to be t'd off to feed the fuge.
