Hi,

A few months ago I pulled out my old 9 gallon cadlights tank and set it up again. I'm using a sunpod 70w fixture over it. The bulb is over a year old so I'd like to replace it and stick with the same bulb. Where can I find an astralux double-ended 70w? I'm pretty sure it was 14k.

Thanks,
Stephanie

I don't know about the "astralux" part - maybe that's just the brand name of the manufacturer - but you should be able to do an eBay search and find new 70w HQI bulbs for your Sunpod. Just a word of warning - if you find any that sound like they may be an overseas site (think HongKong/Taipei/Taiwan/China), make sure that what you're getting is a 120v bulb! I have a 220v 70w bulb at home that is basically useless in my Sunpod.

When I had mine, I got 70w HQI bulbs from Hello Lights.
