Just wondering if you can grow corals or even keep them alive under cfls?

2 13 watts 6500k in a 10 gallon, was thinking about doing 2 23 watt 6500k

Believe it or not, it's been done. 6500k will actually grow corals pretty good. Especially softies like xenia. But I'd try and put more than 2x23w on there. Buy those Y adapters so you can put 2 bulbs in each socket.

Oh, and corals aren't the only thing that likes 6500k light. Nuisance algae digs it also.

I'm not gonna ask why you're doing it. I'll assume it's only temporary until you get real lights.
