I just need a pretty close estimate, the drops will be coming from a standard eye dropper. Thank You!

Depends on the dropper tip and the surface tension of the liquid, but generally 2-4 drops for .1ml

Calibrate your dropper to a known volume you have around.
E.g., take a test kit tube marked at 5ml and count how many drops to get to the line and then divide by 5.

Yes, if you wish to express it in drops per 0.1 ml.
I'd personally calibrate in terms of drops per ml, and then use a ratio to get the number of drops for the given application.

Generally, 2 drops to 0.1 mL.
