Is there any LED bulbs or system that would work for low to moderate light needed polyps?

running 14 wt and 50 wt led systems there new but seem to be doing ok

The commercially built LED systems that I have seen would work. You can dim the lights to your needs. Just google LED system for aquarium. You could also DIY one to meet your needs. There are a bunch of threads about that too.
