brook?

noticed my clowns had had some whitish film on their bodies recently but didn't think if it was a disease as they ate and act fine. well today I notice all their fins were retracted but still eating. I suspect it was brook so I setup some freshwater and formalin and dipped them for 15 mintues.
is the sufficient?
