Grounding probe question

So I ordered a grounding probe online and the end of the cable only has an eyelet. How am I supposed to use this? Do I take something like my return pump, which is three pronged and attach it to that and plug into the circuit breaker?

you can connect it to a known ground or connect it to the screw in the center of your outlet
