I have a 240g tank that I am converting from a Fowlr to a mixed reef tank. I
currently have a
Juv. Emperor Angel
Yellow Tang
Sailfin Desjardini Tang
Blonde Naso Tang
Clown Tang
Powder blue Tang

I thought about adding either a pair or 1 Maroon Clown and would like to add a school
of Anthias to my tank. Would this be ok?

Seems to me your tank is pretty full. Also, I'd keep an eye on your Angel. They are known to eat coral, though many keep them with no problems.

So your saying with my 6 fish in my 240g 8x2x2 tank is to full to add anymore small fish to?

I would think you would be fine to add some smaller fish to that tank. Watch the clown tang and powder blue though, in time both will get quite aggressive and territorial.

I think you would be fine adding a bunch of anthias to that tank. The emperor will be trouble for sure depending on the types of corals you plan to add. How long have you had the clown tang and the powder blue together?

They are both small still. I had them together for about 5 months now. What type of Anthias would be
good and colorful for my tank?
