I want to know how many watts of lights do i need for a 15 gallon nano tank with sps ?? (sorry for my english =D)

[i think] it depends on what kind of lighting. Are you looking at PCs, MHs, T5s, LEDs......?......

I'd use LEDs, won't heat your water but what kind of lighting do you want to use? Check out nano tuners.com

LEDs I'd just use 6 LEDs about 3 watt each but the par is good.
T5s , how long the tank you might have a hard time finding small t5s
LEDs best bet my opinion.

I buy the coralife lamp 2 pc 1 fluorescent & actinic 65 watts each one and lunar light my nano is 28 gallon can i keep corals and maybe 1 anemone with that light?? (sorry for my english)

With that light you only keep soft corals. You might think about Leds, they are so much better.

I'd do 6CW + 6RB XR-E cree LEDs for your tank running at around 500ma. Should cost you about 120-150 bucks to make your fixture. Mine uses about 32W/h for the 12 LEDs + 4 40mm fans.
