Sunpower all the way.

Better reflectors, better cooling, better ballasts and better performance. A Sunpower will put out about 30% more PAR then a Tek.

You also get a hanging kit and acrylic shield with your ATI, standard. The Tek stuff must be purchased separate if you want them.
