Just found this algae growing on my old TBS rock. Anyone have similar algae growing, and better yet have ID'd it? Its soft, about 1-2" right now.

I can't bring myself to look further. :)
Seriously, though, there are a few good Algae ID sites. I will try to find them.
Try a search on Plocamium closest I could find that looked anything like that. You need to put a cage around it or the CUC will have a field day.

The Plocamium is closer than anything I've found, but not quite. Its really fine, its like red bryopsis :) It might change form a little as it grows up though.

Just a bear to sort through, and slow, but you can filter the image search somewhat.
