This Is my setup has anyone got any suggestions or input on anything they may see wrong with my setup and any additions i should make i may add i have not mentioned light as it is adequate( according to LFS) 2 4ft t5 aquaglowa and 2 x 4ft t8 actinics.

Looks good. Your lighting is only enough for soft and LPS coral, not SPS (don't know if that matters to you or not). What are you using for flow? Just a tip, don't assume your LFS is right whenever you get advice/info from them.

i appreciate that i have a couple of powerheads setup pushing in the opposite direction to the main inlet. what are soft or lps corals as compared to SPS ???

Soft corals include zoanthids, palythoas, mushrooms, etc. Easiest type to keep with low flow and light requirements. LPS includes lobophyllia, chalices, scolys, etc. Medium care with medium light and flow requirements. SPS are the most diffucult with high light and flow requirements. They include acropora, montipora, millepora, etc.
