The wrase might pick on the shrimp but should be ok. Mine are.

Yes hermits and snails would be fine to add to your tank.

When the wrasse grows it may enjoy the shrimp for dinner. Really, only time will tell.

I've got a Six-Line in with a CBS, Skunk Cleaner, BL Hermits, Scarlet Hermits, Blue Knuckle Hermit, Astrea Snails, Nasarius Snails, Cerith Snails & Zebra Turbo Snails and he doesn't bother any of them. I think either him or my Yellow Wrasse have taken care of the Astrea killing Pyramid snails. So, unless the snails are really tiny they should be safe. Mine doesn't even look at the cleaner, but I can't say for sure about the Peppermint.

Mine gets along with everybody. It spends most of its time picking at rockwork and hanging with my hippo tang. Especially at feeding time! He sees the turkey baster and goes crazy like everyone else!
