can't access get daily..

I don't know y i can't access the get daily... It says i don't have permisson i have been on rc for almost a yr... can someone help me out plz...

The search function is updating, which has turned it off, at least for me. Maybe read the sticky at the top about it, that might answer your questions. I did check, and I am also restricted from the "get dailly" although I have no idea whats in there, as I have never used it before.
