AQUA UV Sterilizer help

Anyone have any problems with the 57w AQUA UV? I have been doing some live bacteria dosing and have unplugged the unit 2-3 times in the last month and a half. went to plug it back in today and no go... need to check the bulb but it has only been up and running for 4-5- months. anyone else having any issues? heard some issues with transformers. ???confused:

I remember having a problem similar to yours with the same wattage aqua uv, i did call them and they replaced the power supply and im not sure if they sent a new bulb or not. call them i was surprised how good there support is.
