Hi,
I just received my USB module for the Profilux II and there is no driver on the accompanying CD for Windows 7. Is there a driver version available online so that I can use this?

Thanks,
Bill

Why does nothing come easy with this GHL stuff!? I installed the USB module, downloaded and installed USB software, downloaded and installed latest software version 50010, connected the USB cable to my laptop's USB port - as recognized in my device manager. Connection attempt is agonizingly slow compared to how the RS232 would connect (never any issues). Cannot connect, I get a not responding error message at the top of the program and an error code: 28 - program fades to white, have to close program since it is not responding to mouse. So......... what could this be?
Can I install latest firmware upgrade through the USB connection once this is resolved?

1. Have you also installed the firmware to match the software version? if not then theres 99.99999% of your issue
2. Did you set the com port in profiLux control to the com port that your driver is utilising?
3. Yes all Fware can be done via USB.

Hope that helps ;)
