Tested my levels, feedback please ?

So I admit I am very bad at testing my levels but I did today while mixing up water for a change. Tank has been up and running since late November. I have 4x 6ft VHO lights, not getting much growth but everything is doing ok.

I am looking for feedback on what I should do better, how to do it and what to look for. I travel so for right now without dosing pumps daily dosing of anything is out of the question. I am using IO Reef crystals salt mix and have used it from the start. I'm doing 15g water changes about every 3 weeks.

135g mixed reef, mix of SPS, LPS, Zoas. Lifereef HOB overflow with a large amount of cheato growing in the sump.

Nitrates - 0
Phos - .5 (I think, I went to the higher level on the color because it was in the middle)
Ammonia - .25
Nitrates - 0
KH (measured in DKH) 7.0
Calcium - 420
Mag - 1200
Salinity - 1.024

ammonia should be 0. Your alk and magnesium is low. I would try to get your magnesium to 1350, and your alk to around 8 or 9.

+1 - would also try to get the phosphate to 0 as well (perhaps run GFO)

I run GFO in a reactor with carbon so only have to change media monthly. For calcium, I have an ATO system and top off with kalkwasser so have to fill the top off tank weekly....
