DIY custom tank

so today i built my own custom sump!!
its 40x20x10
im quite proud of my work scince i did it all by my self!

so as you can see im using rachet straps to compress the joints to ensure a proper seal between the silicone and glass.

any other ideas on what i should do??
for some reason i have that eerie feeling im forgetting something...

i still need to install the baffles, i know.

i would also like to say thanks to the staff at Age of Aquariums in signal hill for all the advice, tips and materials!

wow well i started it like 15 ,minutes ago so i have removed the straps, thanks alot!!

and in their defence, age f aquariums did not tell me to do that,, the ratchet straps were all me!
