Is 4 litre (1 gallon) a lot of evaporation per day from a 90g tank?

I do 7-10 per day in my 360. Your evap is completely normal.

No, not excessive. I have almost that much total (60+ gal disp & 29g sump) and I go through about 5 gal a week or so.

Awesome. Was worried there for a moment as I am dosing kalkwasser through my RO topup unit....
