My midas blenny had white string of poop hanging from anus for awhile until it dropped off. WHITE - anything to worry about?

More than likely it is internal worms - most wild caught fish have them. Treat with medicated food or Prazipro. I've had clowns that would come in with the stringy poop - three to four days later after treating with Prazipro, its all better :)

Do I have to take her out of the DT to a QT to treat w/Prazipro?

Depending on what kind of inverts you have in the tank (Worm wise - it may harm feather dusters and the like), you might want to take her out. I've used it in brood stock tanks before (just live rock, no inverts except snails) and it hasn't been an issue.

Always better to put a fish into a QT tank than to turn your main tank into a hospital!
