These are being sold as Rose BTA on a local site. They don't look right to me but I know little. I have found that here is a great place to gain more knowledge. Thank you for your advice.

Kind of hard to tell cause I can't see the base. A lot of unethical folks now days and people dye everthing.
But, if had to bet on it, I'd say that's a rose alright.
Sometimes after they eat a good size meal, half an average silverside, they will bubble up.
If that's what it takes, ask the folks to call you if/when they bubble up and you'll buy it.

Try not to feed your anemone large pieces of fish. If the anemone spits it out you'll know it was too big. They have a much easier time digesting smaller pieces of food. Additionally, no one knows for sure why BTA's bubble, so that is a very poor indicator of a BTA's ID or health. I just had 5 in my tank that I sold that looked identical. IMO, very good looking RBTA's. Dark red, light speckling and striping. Very pretty and as long as they're being offered at a reasonable price I'd snatch 'em up.
