Mod help with Euro Reef skimmer

I have a Euro Reef 150 and I dont feel that its pulling enough out. I know there is mods for skimmers out there, anybody done one for their ER

open up the venturi tube all the way...as in take off the screw like piece on top...I took it off and my skimmer performed much better. You can even take it off completely...open tube...and this will increase air flow. I have an RS80 on a 65g and you wouldnt believe what it pulls out.

whats your stocking level...sometimes skimmers pull out all they can

thanks t4 I will give that a try, my tank is pretty heavily stocked with lps and a few sps.
