Power Supply??

Hi everyone,
Just got the 660 model and I have a question. It came with only one wiring harness. The 16 pin connector. On the other side there is a four pin connector. What is this for? And also, should I have received a harness for this? I'm thinking it's the power supply. Thanks

From IceCap:
The power wires are part of the 15-wire harness you got.
The I/O port is for a dimmer if you go that route some day.
